VDL Home Services has taken the hassle out of yard work with our Total Lawn Care (TLC) Program. We offer a broad range of options, from deluxe all inclusive monthly packages to individual services to suit your needs.

 

Deluxe TLC Package:

Edging: driveway, sidewalks and flower beds weekly
Weed Eating: around poles, electric boxes, entire home, shrubbery and trees weekly
Weeding: flower beds (spray only) monthly
Irrigation: checked for positioning, rotation, and timing monthly
Pruning: trim hedges and shrubs to specific Vista del Lago guidelines every 3 months
Fertilization: in conjunction with irrigation every 3 months

 

 

Standard TLC Package:

Edging: driveway, sidewalks and flower beds twice monthly
Weed Eating: around poles, electric boxes, entire home, shrubbery and

trees twice monthly
Weeding: flower beds (spray only) monthly
Irrigation: checked for positioning, rotation, and timing every 3 months
Pruning: trim hedges and shrubs to specific Vista del Lago guidelines at extra cost (charges based on estimates)

 

 

Economical TLC Package:

Edging: driveway, sidewalks and flower beds twice monthly
Weed Eating: around poles, electric boxes, entire home, shrubbery and

trees twice monthly

 

 

Stay Green TLC Package:

 Fertilization of lawn every 3 months

or

Irrigation: checked for positioning, rotation, and timing every 3 months

 

or

Fertilization & Irrigation: work together to coordinate sprinklers for the proper watering after fertilization every 3 months

 

 

     * During the winter months, frequency of service is reduced
