Community Improvements
The owners of the community are continually reinvesting back into the community. Below is a partial list of the last ten years of improvements beyond standard upkeep.
Management has…
- Restored the Ponce de Leon statue at the clubhouse pool, replaced the pool chair lift, and installed new solar panels, heaters, and pool equipment for both the clubhouse and the cabana pools.
- Refurbished the community tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball courts, and basketball court, and added pickleball courts.
- Renovated the gym, the clubhouse and pool bathrooms, the clubhouse kitchen, the media center, the billiard room, and the main lobby.
- Purchased new workout equipment, furniture, carpeting, ice maker, and A/C units for the clubhouse.
- Replaced the fire alarm panel, the gate entry system, the irrigation system, and repaired the clubhouse roof.
- Contracted engineering firms to stabilize the shoreline of Raccoon Lake and installed a fountain at Daeza Pond.
- Replaced the wooden fence behind the clubhouse kitchen, the community entrance sign, the community entrance landscaping, and planted new trees in the community.
- Contracted community street sweeping, paving, and resurfacing, and purchased and installed new street signs and lights.
- Purchased new computer equipment and a new truck for the Vista Patrol service, and augmented the camera system at the clubhouse.
- Replaced 17 homes with new ones and refurbished dozens of homes.
- Constructed a new Phase IV pool building.
