Vista del Lago has a full service sales department that is second-to-none in providing all the information you will need to purchase a home in the community. They can also provide in-house and external financing options, home inspectors and home insurance contacts.

One important thing to note – Vista del Lago does not allow home owners to rent their homes long-term. Owners may choose to rent short-term, but only once per 30 days, and any given party can stay no longer than four months per year.

Home Sellers

If you are attempting to sell your home by yourself, or it is being represented by another broker besides Vista Sales, be proactive in having your prospects secure residency approval before completing the sale. Failure to do so puts you at risk and may result in costly legal battles.
