Make a Payment

Vista del Lago’s payment portal allows homeowners an easy way to pay online. You may make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments via credit or debit cards.

Click the Make a Payment button below to launch the EBizCharge portal. If you are a first-time user, first click the Create Account link below the Log In button. You will then be asked to provide an email address that you registered with us. Please call the Vista Clubhouse at (407) 239-7901 if you have any questions.

Once you supply the email address, subsequent screens will lead you through the account creation process so that you can make your first payment. Please be aware that Vista del Lago only accepts Visa and Master Card.

Invoices Now Available in Your Payment Portal!

We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to announce that invoices are available in your online payment portal. This will give Vista del Lago residents the convenience of being able to view and download itemized receipts at any time. This added transparency is aimed at reducing confusion and helping everyone stay informed about their charges and payments.

If you’re a current ACH customer, no changes are needed. You will still receive an invoice for rent via email, and a rent payment confirmation via email, usually around the 3^rd business day of the month.

As a reminder, we do not accept Discover, American Express, and/or international cards or payments.
