Vista del Lago’s payment portal allows homeowners an easy way to pay online. You may make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments via credit or debit cards.

Click the Make a Payment button below to launch the EBizCharge portal. If you are a first-time user, first click the Create Account link below the Log In button. You will then be asked to provide an email address that you registered with us. Please call the Vista Clubhouse at (407) 239-7901 if you have any questions.

Once you supply the email address, subsequent screens will lead you through the account creation process so that you can make your first payment. Please be aware that Vista del Lago only accepts Visa and Master Card.

Dear Vista Del Lago Residents,

As a valued part of the Vista Del Lago community, we want to take a moment to thank you for choosing to make your home here. We sincerely appreciate your presence and the contributions each of you makes to our vibrant and welcoming neighborhood. Your continued support and cooperation help make Vista Del Lago a place we’re all proud to call home.

With that in mind, we want to inform you of some upcoming changes to our payment systems. Please note that these changes will not go into effect until August 01, 2025, so your current payment methods will remain unchanged until that time.

3% Surcharge for Credit Card Payments
Credit cards offer a convenient way to pay rent, address violations, and more. In order to continue offering this payment option, a 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. This will help facilitate credit card payments and ensure we can continue offering this payment method going forward.

Discontinuation of Discover, AMEX, and International Credit Cards
We’ve worked hard to support as many credit card types as possible. However, due to growing limitations and complexities in the credit card industry, we will no longer accept Discover, American Express, or international credit cards. While this was a difficult decision, we believe that continuing to support the most commonly used domestic cards will still provide convenient options for most residents.

Invoices Now Available in Your Payment Portal!
We’ve heard your feedback and are excited to announce that invoices will soon be available in your online payment portal. This will give Vista Del Lago residents the convenience of being able to view and download itemized receipts at any time. This added transparency is aimed at reducing confusion and helping everyone stay informed about their charges and payments.

These changes are aimed at enhancing the overall payment experience and keeping things running smoothly for our community. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is here to assist you every step of the way.
