We hope that everyone made it through the storm safely. Below are some quick notes for after the storm.
- Duke Energy is working on getting the power back on. We do not have an estimated time yet for the power to be back on. - Please move all landscaping debris to the side of the streets - trees, limbs etc. - Please bag all leaves and move to the side of the streets - Please move all other material to the side of the street and group in a separate pile - Please have the above completed by 5:00pm tomorrow - We will be working on removing all the debris from the streets
This is a friendly reminder that the clubhouse is not a county approved hurricane shelter. As a precaution all amenities, including the bathrooms, will be closed to residents until further notice. The ice machine is also not operational at this time.
Also, please be aware that waste pick up has been suspended for the remainder of week.
Please stay safe, and if asked to evacuate, please heed the advice of local authorities.
The community has made it through the storm quite well. There is no flooding at this time. The power is still not on, but we do know that Duke is working on it.
I am trying to find out the same thing. I am in the process of purchasing a home in vista but I am out of state at the moment. Just wondering if the park sustained any serious damage. Any updates is appreciated. Hope everyone is safe.
Hi, we evacuated from a property we had been in for a vacation, is there any update on this community and any damage or flooding? Hope everyone is safe.

Anyone have updates, I left my home yesterday and haven’t been back yet?
What is the status of the community? How come there was no information sent directly to the residents?
It appears Vista did well. I hope everyone else is okay.
