Can we get tix for the comedy show at the door?
Attention all VDL Residents:
The hurricane cleanup is complete. If you have debris left on your lot, you will need to bag it or tie up and leave on your curb for yard waste pick up. The two debris pile locations have been picked up and are no longer available for residents to dump their debris.

Attention VDL Residents:
This Friday and Saturday the street sweeper will be here to clean our streets. Please be sure to park your vehicles on your driveway and not in the streets to make way for the street sweeper. Also, DO NOT rake or blow your leaves from your yard into the streets for the street sweeper to pick up. The HOA and Management have instructed the street sweeper to pass by a house that has any piles of leaves in front or behind their house on the street. You are required to rake and bag your leaves from your yard and place them at your curb for yard waste pick up.

Friendly Reminder to all our Residents...
Holiday decorations, including lighting, is considered temporary. It may not be installed prior to 30 days before a holiday; and must be removed within 30 days after the holiday occurs.
Halloween Decorations need to be taken down by November 30th, 2024 and Christmas Decoration cannot go up until November 25th, 2024.
