Registrations

We ask that the homeowner fill out this New Resident/Guest Registration Form* to make sure we are ready to welcome your friends, family, and guests. Please choose the Resident Type that applies:

Short-Term Guest: Any short-term occupant of the home who will not be on the land lease. These guest(s) staying less than 30 days* will not need to submit an application. However, any guest(s) staying longer than 30 days but less than 4 months will be required to fill out an online application and pass a background check.

Primary-Resident: Any long-term resident (occupying the home over 4 months) who will also be named on the land lease. These guest(s), along with the current homeowner, will be required to fill out an online application, pass a credit check & background check and income verification.

Primary-Occupant: Any long-term occupant (occupying the home over 4 months) who will NOT be on the land lease. These guest(s) will be required to fill out an online application and pass a background check.

*Please note that all residents/guests, including minors, must be registered regardless of their length of stay. However, only those over the age of 18 (excluding Short-Term Guests staying less than 30 days) must submit an online application & pass Vista Del Lago’s credit AND/OR criminal background check in order to be an approved occupant for your homesite. All applications are subject to a $50.00 non-refundable application fee payable in the online application portal. Occupancy limits still applies.

All applications are valid for up to 6 months. Any returning Short-Term Guests who previously applied more than 6 months ago must re-apply.
